MR. T. G. BARINGsaid, that a Despatch from Mr. Bruce stated that he bad found it necessary to detain one regiment of infantry and one troop of Fane's Horse at Tien-tsin. He was unable to say whether the troops were supplied with fresh water by Coolie labour.
