SIR GEORGE LEWISsaid, that he was favourable to the measure, but in the absence of the right hon. Gentleman who had charge of the Bill (Mr. Walpole) he would move that the order be postponed until the following Wednesday. At the same time, he did not think it likely the Bill would pass during the present Session.
