SIR GEORGE LEWISsaid, that he had already stated in general terms that he thought it desirable that a Commission should be issued to inquire into the state of the Miners in mineral mines; but the question was one mainly of time, and he should not wish to pledge himself as to the particular period when the Commission could be issued.
