§ In reply to a Question from Mr. T. J. MILLER,
MR. COWPERstated, that the Commissioners appointed to consider the subject of the Embankment of the Thames had nearly completed their Report, which might be expected in the course of next week, and he undertook to say that no delay would be allowed to occur between the presentation of the Report and its being laid on the Table of the House, together with the Evidence.
