HC Deb 26 February 1861 vol 161 c937
MR. BUXTON

said, he wished to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Whether he is aware that the Slave Trade Papers for each year only contain those up to March in the year preceding; and whether in future all the documents that have come to hand up to the date of publication might not be included?

LORD JOHN RUSSELL

was understood to say that the papers were arranged during the recess to be laid on the table as early as possible in the Session. He hoped in a fortnight or three weeks time to be able to lay them on the table. If it would be any convenience to the hon. Member he would endeavour to have them brought down to the 30th September last.
