§ MR. LOWEsaid, that the Committee had learned from the Commissioners that the Report would be presented in the course of this month. With regard to the second part of the hon. Gentleman's question, he need hardly observe that the Government would require time to consider a document of such importance; and therefore he could not now state what course they would ask the House to take in reference to its contents.
