SPEAKERreported, That the House had, this day, attended Her Majesty in the House of Peers, when Her Majesty was pleased to make a most gracious Speech from the Throne to both Houses of Parliament, of which Mr. Speaker said he had, for greater accuracy, obtained a copy, which he read to the House.
