§ SIR JAMES GRAHAMstated that the Report of the Select Committee on the Business of the House had been laid on the Table on Friday last. It was now in the hands of the printer, and he hoped and believed that on Wednesday morning the Report and Proceedings of the Committee, with the evidence, would be in the hands of the Members.
