§ Order for Second Reading read.
§ MR. MAGUIREsaid, the Irish Members were waiting most anxiously for its discussion, and he did hope the Government would really endeavour to forward the day for its consideration by every means in their power. If necessary, he would even suggest a morning sitting.
§ MR. CARDWELLsaid, he was anxious that the Bill should be fully discussed. He had introduced it at the earliest moment, and he had fixed it for the 15th of May, because there was no other Order on the paper. As it was a notice night, he could not say that no Motion would precede it.
§ Second reading deferred till Tuesday, 15th May,
