§ SIR JAMES FERGUSSONsaid, he rose to ask the First Commissioner of Works, Whether he will state to what resolution the Government has arrived with regard to the erection of a new General Post Office at Edinburgh?
MR. COWPERsaid, that the subject was not yet decided on. The Government had called for a statement of the accommodation required by the Post Office at Edinburgh, and until that statement was furnished he could not answer the question now asked.
