§ MR. H. BAILLIEsaid, he wished to ask the Secretary of State for India, Whether he is about to sanction the issue of a Paper Currency by the Government of India, and, if so, whether he intends to communicate the details of the scheme to Parliament and take the opinion of the House upon the subject, and whether the Government has come to a final decision with respect to the re-organization of the Indian Army?
