MONCKTON MILNESsaid, he wished to ask the Secretary of State for 111 Foreign Affairs if he has any objection to lay upon the table of the House Copies or Extracts of any Correspondence that may have passed between the different Departments of the Government on the subject of the Report of the Consular Committee of 1858.
