said, he wished to ask the Lord Advocate, Whether a Licence is required for the Sale of Game in Scotland; and, if not, whether there are any reasons why the Law should not be assimilated to that of England on the subject?

THE LORD ADVOCATE

said, there was no Licence at present required for the Sale of Game in Scotland. He could not see any reason why the law on the subject should not be assimilated to that of England.
