expressed his entire concurrence in the object which had been stated to the House by his hon. Friend, and trusted the Government would see the propriety of carrying it into effect. He wished to ask the right hon. Gentleman, Whether he has received any Despatch by the last Mail from the Governor General of India with respect to the organization of the Indian Army; and whether he will lay the same upon the Table of the House?
