SIR JOHN PAKINGTON

said, that before the Resolutions were taken he wished to raise a point of order. On Monday last his right hon. Friend (Mr. Disraeli) had moved a Resolution on the Question that the Speaker leave the Chair; he thought that Question, as a point of form, should be put before the House went into Committee.

LORD JOHN RUSSELL

said, the Question was put and carried on Monday last, after the Resolution of the right hon. Gentleman had been negatived.
