§ LORD JOHN RUSSELLsaid, he must beg to state that the Government had received information from our Minister at Madrid, stating that the Spanish Government intended to confer the title of Duke of Tetuan upon Marshal O'Donnell; but they had no information with regard to any intention of accompanying the title with any grant of territory. The Government, however, had been informed that it was intended to ask for Tetuan as part of the terms of peace.
