There was a Bill before the House having reference to them, and at the conclusion of the last Session the House decided that the present Act, which limited them to the jurisdiction of the Charity Commissioners should cease on the 1st of July. As time was running on perhaps the right hon. Gentleman would then, or at some other time convenient to him, inform the House what course the Government intended to recommend with respect to the subject,
