§ SIR DE LACY EVANSsaid, he wished to call attention to the sickness and mortality of the troops quartered at Trinidad, and concerning the barracks and the un-healthiness of the locality in which they are situated. He had given notice to move for a copy of sonic correspondence which had taken place.
