said, he wished to call attention to the sickness and mortality of the troops quartered at Trinidad, and concerning the barracks and the un-healthiness of the locality in which they are situated. He had given notice to move for a copy of sonic correspondence which had taken place.

MR. SPEAKER

said, that the hon. and gallant General having given notice of a distinct Motion with reference to his subject, would be out of order in bringing forward a Motion upon the Motion for Adjournment.
