asked, whether the Chancellor of the Exchequer intended to introduce any measure in reference to the issue of public money.

THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER

said, he mentioned the other night that there were three Bills which had been prepared, and one of them referred to the subject alluded to.

Vote agreed to; as was also one for the grant of £11,000,000 for Supply.

(1.) Resolved—That, towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty for the deficiency in the Grants for the Service of the years ending the 31st day of March,] 858 and 1859, the sum of £1,222,383 8s. 9d. be granted, out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.

(2.) Resolved—That, towards making good the Supply granted to Her Majesty, the sum of £11,000,000 be granted, out of the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
