said, he wished to inquire whether it was intended to make any alteration in the present mode of billeting the troops in Scotland?

said, that the only alteration which he proposed to make in the Mutiny Bill with regard to billeting in Scotland was to raise the allowance to innkeepers from l½d. to 4d. per day.
