said, he rose to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether it is the intention of Government to recommend the appointment of a third Judge of the Landed Estates Court (Ireland), in the room of the Judge Martley, lately deceased, having regard to the Return contained in Parliamentary Paper, No. 83, of the present Session?

replied, that no appointment had yet been made to the vacant seat, and that the matter was under the consideration of Her Majesty's Government.
