MR. LEFROY,

the Chairman of the Committee appointed to try the Petition against the return of Mr. E. Schenley, for the Borough of Dartmouth, appeared at the Bar with the Report:—

House informed, that the Committee had determined, That Edward Wyndham Harrington Schenley, esquire, is not duly elected a Burgess to serve in this present Parliament for the Borough of Dart, mouth. That the last Election for the said Borough is a void Election. And the said Determinations were ordered to be entered in the Journals of this House.

And it being Six of the clock, Mr. SPEAKER adjourned the House till Tomorrow, without putting the Question.
