LANIGANsaid, he would beg to ask the Attorney General if it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to bring in any Bill to amend the Irish Grand Jury Acts, with a view to relieve the occupiers of houses and lands in Ireland (to a certain extent) from the pressure of taxation, by apportioning the payment of Grand Jury or County Cess equally between landlords and tenants in Ireland?
