COLONEL DICKSONsaid, that in the absence of Colonel North, he rose to move that Colonel Lindsay be added to the Committee upon Military Organization, and that the Committee should consist of sixteen Members.
§ MR. S. HERBERTsaid, he had no objection to Colonel Lindsay being placed upon the Committee, but there was no necessity to increase the number of Members. He had received a communication from the noble Lord the Member for the East Riding of York to the effect that he would be unable to attend the Committee. He would therefore propose that Colonel Lindsay be substituted for Lord Hotham.
