said, he would beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether any Report has yet been received from the Commission of Inquiry on the subject to Fees to Magistrates' Clerks?

MR. WALPOLE

said, that he had only received a partial Report at present from the Commission of Inquiry, and he thought it 'inadvisable to act until be received full information upon the subject.
