HC Deb 18 February 1859 vol 152 c508
MR. SERJEANT DEASY

said, he wished to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland, whether it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to introduce any measure respecting Endowed Schools in Ireland; and, if so, at what time he will be prepared to introduce the measure?

LORD NAAS

said, it was the intention of the Government during the present Session to bring in a Bill with regard to the Endowed Schools of Ireland. He could not, however, at the present moment name the precise day when he should be enabled to bring in that Bill.
