asked the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether Her Majesty's Government intend to bring in a Bill to amend the Laws relating to the Representation of the people in Ireland this Session; and, if so, whether he can state about what time?

said, that with the permission of the House he would propose to defer answering questions respecting future Reform Bills until the 28th instant, when he should make a general statement on the subject.
