House informed, that the Committee had determined,—
That Henry William Schneider, esquire, is not duly elected a Citizen to serve in this present Parliament for the said City and County of the City of Norwich.
That the Right honourable William Coutts Keppel, commonly called Viscount Bury, was not duly elected by the Election held upon the 30th April, 1859, a Citizen to serve in this present Parliament for the said City and County of the City of Norwich.
That the Election held upon the 30th April, 1859, for the said City and County of the City of Norwich is a void Election.
And the said Determinations were ordered to be entered in the Journals of the House.
