THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER, in rising to make the Motion of which he had given notice, said, that perhaps it would be convenient for the House to know that it was the intention of the Government to move that the House do adjourn from Friday, the 21st instant, to Friday, the 28th. He should conclude by moving to postpone the Orders of the Day until after the Notice of Motion relative to the Governor General of India.
