§ MAJOR EDWARDS
said, he would beg to ask the Chief Commissioner of Works whether there is any objection to an increase of accommodation in the Ladies' Gallery?
§ LORD JOHN MANNERS
said, that in consequence of the observations of the hon. 1921 Gentleman in Committee of Supply, he lost no time in inquiring into the subject, and he was happy to say there would be no objection to make the experiment of giving an increase of accommodation in the Ladies' Gallery. If the experiment answered, it would be carried further.
