THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUER,replied, that the moment the necessary business of the country was concluded he should be very happy if he could meet the wishes of the hon. and gallant Gentleman and other hon. Members on this subject. All he could say at present was that he should remember the question of the hon. and gallant Member.
