SIR DENHAM NORREYS

said, he thought that the time was come for considering whether the Vote might not be reduced in the next Session of Parliament. He was also of opinion that much better arrangements might be made to render the British Museum an institution of greater interest and advantage to the public generally, especially that portion of it that was connected with works of science and art.
