MR. WILSONsaid, in consequence of the statement of the Chancellor of the Exchequer last evening in reference to the above Bill, he would give notice that when the proper time arrived he would move an Amendment in the Superannuation Bill with the view of including in its operation the officers and labourers of dockyards; and also other Amendments in order to carry out the recommendations of the Royal Commissioners in respect to placing the whole of the civil servants of the Crown on a perfect equality in regard to compensation for services performed.
