HC Deb 06 July 1858 vol 151 c1000
MR. LEFROY

said, he would beg to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland, if the Government intend to bring in a Bill for amending the Charitable Bequests Act this Session?

LORD NAAS

said, many representations had been made to him on that important subject, but it was quite out of the question to introduce a Bill with any hope of carrying it in the course of the present Session. During the recess the subject would receive the consideration of the Government.
