FITZGERALD, in moving the second reading, said, that the object of the measure was to consolidate and amend the laws relating to juries in Ireland, in pursuance of the Resolutions of a Select Committee of that House, which sat in 1852. The hon. and learned Gentleman was proceeding to explain the foundation and details of the measure, when
