§ MR. M'MAHONsaid, he wished to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland why the Return relating to the Municipal Franchise at Belfast, ordered on the 28th of August last, and again on Friday the 16th of this month, has not been presented to the House?
LORD NAASsaid, the Motion for these Returns had only been renewed during the present Session in the current month. The Returns would be laid on the table in a short time.
