MR. HEADLAMsaid, that the hon. and learned Member for Bridgwater (Mr. Kinglake) had given notice of his intention to bring forward a Motion with reference to the relations of our Government with Sardinia, on the question that the House go into a Committee of Supply. He wished to know, if the Navy Estimates were taken first, whether his hon. and learned Friend would be allowed to bring forward his Motion on going into the Army Estimates?
