§ MR. HENLEYsaid, that it was his intention to move the Committee alluded to, and to place the terms of reference upon the table of the House within one or two days, and his hon. Friend the Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs had been in communication with the noble Lord at the head of that Department with a view to a settlement of the shape which those terms should take.
