§ MR. AYRTONsaid, that in the absence of the Member for Tavistock (Sir J. Trelawny) he would postpone the Order to the following day, when his hon. Friend would ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer to 1558 make some arrangement to proceed with the Bill, so that they might come to that division of which the right hon. Gentleman was disappointed the day previously.
