§ MR. BEAMISHinquired of the Attorney General for Ireland whether the Lord Chancellor of Ireland has made rules and orders under the 30th Section of Leases 635 and Sales of Settled Estates Act, and when they may be expected to be laid before Parliament, as directed by 31st Section of said Act?
§ MR. J. D. FITZGERALDreplied that he had in his hand a printed copy of the rules which had that day been issued in Dublin. The delay which had taken place had arisen from a desire to assimilate the rules of the Irish courts to those which were enforced in England.
§ MR. BEAMISHsaid, he would further ask whether the Lord Chancellor, the Lords Justices, or the Master of the Rolls in Ireland had made any rules in pursuance of an Act passed during the last Session of Parliament?
§ MR. J. D. FITZGERALDreplied, that such rules had been made and would be published in Dublin on the first day of next term.
