HC Deb 18 May 1857 vol 145 cc400-1
MR. T. DUNCOMBE

asked whether it was the intention of the Charity Commissioners to introduce a Bill this Session for the alteration of Dulwich College?

MR. BAINES

said, it was the intention of the Government to introduce a Bill for the purpose of giving effect to a scheme drawn up by the Charity Commissioners with regard to the future regulation of Dulwich College. It would be introduced in the other House by the Lord Chancellor, and he understood that the noble and learned Lord intended to move the first reading this evening.
