MR. FITZGERALDsaid, that in the month of March last, in reply to a similar question, he had stated that he would during the recess take the opportunity of consulting the Irish Judges on the subject, and that he had now to state that he had drawn up a Bill with their almost unanimous concurrence, which he should lay before the House in a few days.
