§ THE COMPTROLLER OF THE HOUSEHOLD (Viscount Castlerosse)reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address, as follows:
"I HAVE received with much satisfaction your loyal and dutiful Address.
"IT is gratifying to Me to be assured that the measures which will be proposed to you will receive your earnest consideration, and I feel confident that you will concur with Me in My endeavours to promote the well being and prosperity of My people throughout My Dominions."
