§ SIR EDMUND HAYESsaid, he wished to ask the Chief Secretary for Ireland whether he intends to introduce a measure during the present Session for the better distribution of the constabulary force in Ireland.
§ MR. H. A. HERBERTsaid, that it was his intention to introduce the Bill for the re-allocation of the Irish constabulary which was promised by his right hon. Friend the Member for Stroud (Mr. Horsman).
