HC Deb 10 July 1857 vol 146 c1283
MR. J. L. RICARDO

said, he wished to ask the Vice President of the Board of Trade, whether the Government have any knowledge of the details of the revised tariff of Russia? and, if so, whether they will lay them upon the table of the House.

MR. LOWE

said, that the Board of Trade was in possession of some account of a change in the Russian tariff, but that it was neither full nor explicit. He did not think that it was in such a state that it would be proper to lay it upon the table of the House; but, as soon as he received a full account, he should be most happy to present it.
