said, he would beg to ask the right hon. and learned Attorney General for Ireland, whether it was his intention to introduce during the present Session any measure for the reform of the Testamentary Courts in Ireland?

said, it was the intention of the Government to introduce, and if possible to carry, such a measure in the present Session.
