said, he would beg to inquire of the Government whether it was their intention, previous to the Mutiny Bill being brought before the House, to lay upon the table any Clause or Clauses intended to be introduced or to be substituted for existing Clauses in the said Bill, so as to give effect to the Resolution adopted by the House on the 7th day of April last, upon the subject of Billeting Troops in Scotland?
