§ MR. KINNAIRDsaid, he wished to ask the Vice President of the Council of Education, Whether it is the intention of Her Majesty's Government to introduce any measure after the Christmas recess with the view of amending the laws relating to the practice of medicine and surgery in the United Kingdom.
MR. COWPERsaid, it was his intention to introduce a measure regulating the qualifications to be required hereafter from persons admitted into the medical profession.
