§ THE COMPTROLLER OF THE HOUSEHOLD (Viscount CASTLEROSSE)reported Her Majesty's Answer to the Address, as follows:— "I have received with much satisfaction your loyal and dutiful Address.
"It is My earnest desire at all times to co-operate with you in measures which tend to improve and strengthen the Institutions of the Country, and to promote the security, welfare, and prosperity of My People in every part of My Dominions."
