§ MR. BROTHERTONsaid, he must re-remind the House of the condition upon which he had just withdrawn his Motion.
§ MR. M'MAHONsaid that, as the Motion for adjournment had been withdrawn, and he was now in possession of the House, the hon. Gentleman was out of order in interrupting him.
§ MR. SPEAKERThe Motion for adjournment not having been pressed, the hon. and learned Gentleman has an abstract right to go on with his Motion, but I must remind him that that was not the understanding.
§ MR. M'MAHONsaid, he had not been a party to the arrangement, and must deny that he was bound by it. It was a very early hour for the transaction of Irish business in the House of Commons.
